Krystle graduated first in her class in 2006 from the W.P. Carey School of Business and the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with a focus on International Business, and a minor in English Literature. In 2009, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, together with a concentration in Business and Public Policy from Wharton. In 2010, she obtained her Master of Business Administration from Webster University via a global program which taught business in active corporations, as well as international classrooms, throughout an immersive experience in five foreign countries including Switzerland, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Austria and China. Krystle is barred to practice in California, New York, and Illinois, and is currently a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
After graduate school, Krystle joined Troutman Sanders LLP as a corporate associate, working in the firm’s New York and California offices on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters. Krystle has represented buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisition transactions, including all phases of the transaction process from due diligence, to drafting, negotiating, reviewing and interpreting transaction documents, through closing. Krystle also advises clients on corporate governance and other day-to-day matters, including formation, fiduciary responsibilities, operating agreements, license agreements, stockholders agreements, lender licenses, and retailer agreements. Krystle’s experience also includes lending and finance transactions and solar power project sale-leasebacks. Krystle has represented public and private clients, including, in part, startups; technology management consulting companies; management, professional service, and investment firms; and real estate investment and development clients.
Prior to joining Troutman Sanders LLP, Krystle worked as a legal intern for a 2008 presidential campaign, assisting with federal and state election law and campaign finance law matters. Additionally, in connection with the Gittis Center for Clinical Legal Studies, she has served as a child advocate in termination proceedings, assisted in family reunification efforts, and coordinated with hospital General Counsel, legal officials and social workers to obtain health care for disabled clients. Krystle has also served as a mediator in numerous pre-trial conflict resolution sessions in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Krystle joined Montage Legal Group in January 2014 as a freelance attorney. In addition to her legal career, Krystle acts as a business consultant to startups.
