Jessica graduated cum laude from Westmont College in 2005 with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, School of Law in 2008, where she was actively involved in the Public Interest Law Foundation and served as Senior Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Jessica began her legal career as an associate in the Orange County office of Snell & Wilmer where she focused on product liability, medical malpractice, and consumer product safety and regulatory compliance. During her time at Snell, Jessica regularly propounded and responded to discovery, took many depositions, prepared dispositive motions on a regular basis, argued motions, worked on numerous complex cases, and prepared multiple cases for trial.
