Denise is an experienced litigator with a broad background, including complex business litigation, employment law, immigration, environmental law, and securities litigation.  Denise has handled all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation and pleadings, complex motions, discovery, trial, and appeals. Denise graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 1998, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.  During law school, Denise was a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure.  She also was a summer legal intern for the Honorable Thomas J. McAvoy, Chief Judge for the United States District Court, Northern District of New York. She obtained her B.A, magna cum laude, in politics from Ithaca College in 1995. Read More
