Tami M. received a dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Diplomacy & World Affairs from Occidental College in 2004. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2005, where she graduated Order of the Coif and in the top 10% of her class. In law school, Tami was Managing Editor of the Loyola International Law Review, externed for the Honorable James A. Parker, Chief Judge of the United States District Court, New Mexico, and worked with Loyola’s Juvenile Justice Clinic.
After law school, Tami joined Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP as a litigation associate. At Paul Hastings, Tami handled all aspects of business litigation matters from pleadings to trial in commercial litigation, securities, and white collar criminal defense matters. Tami then joined Steptoe & Johnson LLP as a litigation associate. At Steptoe, Tami handled all aspects of litigation up to successful appeals. Tami has handled real estate, employment, unlawful detainer, immigration, and administrative litigation matters.
Tami has experience in all phases of commercial disputes and litigation including pleadings, discovery and discovery motions, depositions, dispositive motions, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial motions.
Tami joined Montage Legal Group’s network of freelance attorneys in 2012, and is located in Los Angeles, California.
