Heather Condon is an experienced business litigator. Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University in 2001, and her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University of Law in 2007. Following Pepperdine, Heather joined the Irvine office of Howrey, LLP (formerly Howrey, Simon, Arnold & White) before transferring to the Newport Beach office of Newmeyer & Dillon, LLP. In 2011, Heather rejoined her former Howrey colleagues in the Irvine office of Morgan, Lewis, & Bockius, LLP. At all three firms, Heather focused her practice on complex business litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability disputes. Heather has published a number of articles on the topic of legal ethics. Southern California Super Lawyers named Heather a Rising Star in 2013-2017.
Natalie Gowin is an experienced commercial and real estate litigator. Natalie obtained her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2004, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. Natalie began her legal career at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in Los Angeles. In 2006, Natalie joined the litigation department of Rutan & Tucker, LLP. Natalie has broad experience in commercial and large-scale litigation including intellectual property, secured and unsecured lending, real estate, trade secret, and unfair competition matters. Natalie handles all aspects of litigation and has significant experience in trial preparation, pre-trial and trial motion practice, motions for summary judgment, and conducting and defending fact and expert witness depositions. She has represented companies in the medical research and development, restaurant, real estate development, credit card services, and entertainment industries. Colleen Kelley
Colleen Kelley is an experienced civil litigation and real estate lawyer. Colleen graduated from UCLA in 2001, and from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2005 in the top 25% of her class. After law school, Colleen joined Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel as an associate in the San Jose office. Colleen has almost 12 years of experience litigating commercial and real estate cases, including real estate broker defense cases. In addition to real estate litigation, Colleen has experience with financial services and virtually all aspects of civil litigation, and also negotiates and drafts commercial leases, assignments of leases and purchase and sale contracts for commercial retailers, small businesses and individuals. In 2013, Colleen started her own law firm, The Law Offices of Colleen Kelley, and affiliated with Montage Legal Group’s network of freelance attorneys. Colleen splits her time between litigating on behalf of her own clients, and handling high level freelance legal work for law firms throughout California. Colleen was named a “Northern California Rising Star” for 2014-2017 and a “Northern California Top Woman Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Kerry Moynihan
Kerry Moynihan is an experienced litigator with a focus on bankruptcy litigation. Kerry graduated, magna cum laude, from Boston University in 2003, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and minors in Statistics and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the American Journal of Law and Medicine. Before joining Montage Legal Group in 2016, Kerry practiced at Bryan Cave LLP. While Kerry specialized in representing secured and unsecured creditors, she also represented various other parties in interest, including administrative claimants, lessors, franchisors and shareholders. She regularly handled bankruptcy claim disputes, cash collateral negotiations, stay relief motions, contested plan confirmation, nondischargeability litigation, and preference and fraudulent transfer claims. Kerry has worked on cases in a wide range of industries, including banking, real estate, consumer electronics, technology, energy, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment. Southern California Super Lawyers named Kerry a Rising Star each year between 2013-2017.
Athena Roussos
Athena Roussos is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers. She graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 1997, finishing in the top 2% of her class. Athena worked at two large firms, Snell & Wilmer in Irvine and Downey Brand Seymour & Rohwer in Sacramento, and spent several years with a boutique appellate firm in Sacramento, Eisen Law Corporation. Athena has worked on a broad variety of cases in state and federal court throughout her career. She currently has over 20 published opinions. In addition to her legal practice, Athena was a Commissioner of the California State Bar Appellate Law Advisory Commission from 2010-2013. She taught for several years at Pacific McGeorge School of Law and is a certified mediator with the Court of Appeal for the Third Appellate District. Athena has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2011 and selected to three “Top” lists, including Top 100 Northern California Super Lawyer (2012 and 2014), Top 50 Women Northern California Super Lawyer (2012-2016), and Top 25 Sacramento Super Lawyer (2014-2016) by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Viviana Boero Hedrick
Viviana Boero Hedrick is an experienced litigator with a special focus on business litigation, consumer finance and real estate litigation matters. Viviana graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2001 with a bachelor of arts in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2005, where she placed in the top 10% of her third year class. Viviana practiced at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, as an associate where she managed all aspects of litigation matters from inception to resolution in federal and state courts in actions involving employment issues, contract disputes and business torts, products liability, free speech, consumer finance, and real estate litigation. Super Lawyers named Viviana a Rising Star each year between 2012-2017.
Michelle Almeida
Michelle Almeida
is an experienced health care lawyer. She obtained her JD from New York Law School in 2003 and practiced at Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde, LLP, Poughkeepsie in New York. She counsels health care systems, hospitals, hospices, drug and alcohol treatment centers, physicians and physician practices with regard to regulatory, compliance, reimbursement, real estate, employment, tax exemption, governance and transactional matters. Christine Chung
Christine Chung is an experienced estate planning lawyer. She earned her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from University of California at Irvine. She then received her Juris Doctrate cum laude from Southwestern Law School, where she was the editor for the Law Journal and was awarded the prestigious CALI Award and Exceptional Achievement Award in Real Estate Transactions, Legal Profession, and Constitutional Law. Christine Chung has served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Nho Trong Nguyen of the Superior Court and interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington D.C. and the Public Defender’s Office in Newport Beach.
