Congratulations to Stacey Tyree and All of San Diego’s 2013 Top Attorneys

Each year, The Daily Transcript conducts a peer voting process to determine the best lawyers in private, corporate, academic and government practice in San Diego County in several key categories. The Daily Transcript then features these peer-selected top attorneys from over 1,100 nominations.  Stacey Tyree, who joined Montage Legal Group’s network of freelance lawyers in June of this year, was selected as a 2013 Finalist by the Daily Transcript.  Congratulations to Stacey Tyree and all of San Diego’s 2013 Top Attorneys! Stacey Tyree

Stacey Tyree obtained her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2007. Stacey began her legal career at Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP, where she focused on corporate and real estate matters.  After the firm was acquired by Troutman Sanders LLP, a large international law firm, Stacey continued practicing as a member of Troutman’s corporate department.  Stacey has represented clients on complex corporate and real estate transactions.  Representative matters include the acquisition of a hotel property in San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf district, a joint venture transaction with a global petrochemical company in a $200 million portfolio acquisition of service stations, and the disposition of a hotel in downtown Los Angeles. 

In May 2012, Stacey joined University of San Diego School of Law as an Adjunct Faculty member for the Corporate Counsel and Entertainment, Sports, and Intellectual Property Internship programs, where students work in-house and develop practical skills.  Stacey also currently works as a freelance attorney for Montage Legal Group on corporate and real estate matters.
