“Lean in” – everyone seems to be buzzing about women, work, and leadership. There may not be a universal formula or solution to the career and life issues women face, but discussions, ideas, brainstorming, and support are all positive outcomes of the media buzz. Women everywhere are not just “leaning in,” but are leaning on each other for role models, ideas, and just some practical advice.
The Women’s Mentorship and Leadership Alliance is hosting a panel discussion on these issues next week in New York. Montage Legal Group NYC freelance attorney, Chelsea Beser, will be a panel speaker. Chelsea will share her experiences as a full-time attorney both before and after children, as well as alternative career paths available.
