Montage Legal Group has some exciting news. We’ve finally added to our core team, and enthusiastically welcome Montage Legal Group’s new Operations and Recruiting Manager – Erin Johnson! Yes, we know. Apparently the name “Erin” was very popular in the 1970’s, so now we have two Erin’s (not to mention several Montage freelance lawyers named Erin). We hope it won’t be too confusing! We are excited to introduce you to Erin Johnson.
Erin has been a stay-at-home mom and avid volunteer for 13 years while she’s helped her husband launch his I/T consulting business and raising their 3 amazing kids who are now in elementary, middle, and high school. Erin graduated with honors from UCSD’s Revelle College where she was a lacrosse player and member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity. She then earned her MBA from University of Redland’s Whitehead College while working as Western Regional Manager for AT&T Wireless’ resale division.
Erin’s prior work experience includes fundraising, event planning, marketing and sales. Her experience has proved to be valuable in her professional career as well as in her numerous volunteer endeavors such as PTA, soccer clubs, Girl Scouts, Lion’s Heart, and church activities. Erin has also been a contributing author for the Examiner and CBS Los Angeles, among other news outlets and websites.
We are happy to have Erin join Montage Legal Group to help with day-to-day business operations, marketing, and the recruiting process. Between receiving dozens of resumes each week, and coordinating hundreds of legal projects per month, Laurie and I have been overwhelmed, and are thrilled to have Erin join us to bring the balance back into our our own lives.
Erin is also excited to re-enter the professional workforce where she can work from home and continue to balance her responsibilities as mother of three, a community volunteer, and wife to a small business owner. Montage Legal Group is all about weaving life and career in a flexible way. Erin also believes in Montage’s mission supporting professional women. We are looking forward to having Erin’s experience and skills with us at Montage Legal Group in a way that makes sense for her life.
