Do you like tasting new beer? Would you like to spend a summer evening with good company and a view? Then join the Orange County Bar Foundation (“OCBF”) for a beer and brats fundraiser hosted by the OCBF Associate Board and Advanced Depositions on Friday, June 27th at 5:30 p.m. on the Rooftop of 3161 Michelson Drive, Irvine, CA 92612. Event sponsors include TrautFirm, Minyard Morris, Archer Norris, and Grobstein Teeple LLP, with desserts sponsored by Robinson, Calcagnie, Robinson, Shapiro, Davis, Inc. The event will feature good food, a selection of beers to taste, and a great view of Orange County from the top of the modern Hyundai Capital building–not to mention the chance to meet many new friends.

Taylor Dalton
Taylor Dalton is President of the Orange County Bar Foundation Associate Board. Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Southern California. He received his Juris Doctor from Cornell University in 2010.
After law school, Taylor joined Rutan & Tucker LLP’s Business Litigation Department and Corporate Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights Group. Taylor has experience in a wide range of matters including commercial business litigation, creditors’ rights, disputes between shareholders, construction litigation, real estate and property disputes, judgment enforcement, intellectual property disputes, business torts litigation, and collections matters.
Taylor has represented parties in both California state and federal court. Specifically, he has participated in dispositive motion practice, including the successful dismissal of class action suit against dot-com company. In addition, he has represented financial institutions in arbitration, litigation, and in multi-million dollar post-judgment proceedings. Taylor also has experience representing law firms in legal malpractice actions as well as assisting in internal general counsel work.
Taylor recently started his own firm, The Law Office of Taylor Dalton, and joined Montage Legal Group’s network of freelance attorneys in 2014.
